Hackensack, NJ (October 3, 2023) - Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. is pleased to welcome Daniel E. Cohen, Dominique Kilmartin, Christian R. Martinez, and Philip Z. Blass to the firm.

Daniel E. Cohen
Daniel E. Cohen is an associate in the firm’s Litigation, Appellate Advocacy and Corporate & Business Law practices. Prior to joining Pashman Stein, Cohen served as a law clerk for Judge Mary F. Thurber and Judge David V. Nasta of the Bergen County Superior Court in New Jersey. Cohen earned his J.D., cum laude, from Boston University Law School, and his B.S. from Cornell University.

Dominique Kilmartin
Dominique Kilmartin is an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Appellate Advocacy practices. Prior to joining Pashman Stein, Kilmartin served as a law clerk to the Honorable Katharine S. Hayden of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She also worked as an associate in the Labor & Employment Practice Group of an Am Law 50 firm in New York City. In addition, after graduating law school, Kilmartin served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lee A. Solomon, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Kilmartin earned her J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law, and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Villanova University.

Christian R. Martinez
Christian R. Martinez is an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Appellate Advocacy practices. Prior to joining Pashman Stein, Martinez served as a law clerk for the Hon. Robert J. Gilson in Superior Court, Appellate Division in Morristown, NJ. He was also an Associate in the Litigation & Enforcement Practice Group of Ropes & Gray LLP in New York City. Martinez earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School, and his B.A., cum laude, from Cornell University, College of Arts and Sciences.

Philip Z. Blass
Philip Z. Blass is a law clerk in the firm’s Corporate & Business Law and Trusts & Estates practices. Prior to joining Pashman Stein, Blass earned his J.D. from Rutgers University Law School, and both his Rabbinic Ordination and his B.A. from Yeshiva University. He also served as an intern at Beth Din of America.
