Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. (“PSWH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) because we know that you care about how your information is collected, used shared and retained. This Policy applies to information collected when you visit our websites located at: www.pashmanstein.com, www.steinpublicinterestcenter.com, or any other website we establish in the future, including any mobile application or version of the websites (collectively, the “Sites”), or otherwise interact with us through the Sites.
By browsing, accessing or using our Sites, you are agreeing to the terms of this Policy and the accompanying Disclaimer.

The Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information, which may include personal information (collectively, the “Information”).
Contact Information. We collect your contact information on our Sites when you voluntarily provide it to us. For example, you may disclose contact information to us via the “Contact Us” link on our Sites, submit information by mail, telephone, or electronically, when signing up for newsletters, alerts, whitepapers, legal insights and other marketing communications, or when you register to attend an event or program. Contact Information may include your first name, last name, e-mail address, postal address, employer, title, telephone number and other information that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you. You may also provide the Contact Information of individuals other than yourself.
Job Applicant Information. If you apply for a position at PSWH via the Sites, you may provide us with Contact Information in addition to a resume, employment history, and education and qualification details.
Geolocation Information. Certain features and functionalities of our Sites are based on your location. In order to provide these features and functionalities while you are using a mobile device, we may, with your consent, automatically collect geolocation information from your mobile device or wireless carrier and/or certain third-party service providers. You may decline to allow us to collect such Geolocation Information, in which case we may not be able to provide certain features or functionalities to you.
Cookies. We may also collect information using cookies, small packets of data that a website stores on your hard drive so that your computer will “remember” information about your visit to our Sites. If you do not want cookies placed on your hard drive, you can reject non-essential cookies when using the Site, or you may be able to reject cookies through your computer settings. Please consult your Internet browser’s documentation for instructions. However, if you decide not to accept essential cookies from us, the Sites may not function properly.
Analytics Information. We may engage third party analytics services to collect and analyze various data regarding your usage and activity on the Sites. Analytics services may use tracking technologies (e.g., pixel tags and cookies) to collect information on our behalf including your IP address, ISP, browser type, operating system and language, referring and exit pages and URLs, date and time, amount of time spent on particular pages, what sections of the Sites you visit, number of links you click while on the Sites, search terms, and other data. We may also collect information regarding your mobile device, including the type, operating system and version (e.g., iOS, Android or Windows), processor information, network type, and similar data. Please be advised that if you opt out of any analytics service, you may not be able to use the full functionality of the Sites.
We also use one or more third-party remarketing services to advertise on third-party websites to previous visitors to our Sites. These third-party remarketing service providers use cookies to serve ads based on a past visit to the Sites. Any data collected by third party remarketing service providers will be used in accordance with their own privacy policies.
How We Use and Share Information
The Information is used by PSWH for the purposes we disclose at the time of collection, and for the purposes outlined in this Policy. These functions include operation, maintenance and improvements to the Sites, solicitation of your feedback, responding to your requests and questions, evaluating job applications, and informing you about our firm and services.
Aggregated Data. We may analyze your personal information in aggregate form which does not identify you personally (“Aggregated Data”). The Aggregated Data may be used to operate, maintain, manage, and improve the Sites, shared with our affiliates, agents, and business partners, and otherwise used and disclosed for lawful business purposes.
Service Providers/Vendors. We may disclose personal information to our business partners, but only to the extent needed to enable them to provide services to us. These business partners help us with: web hosting, disaster recovery, client survey and marketing, and data storage. All our business partners perform services for us pursuant to contracts which require they provide the same level of privacy protection as is required by this Policy.
Reorganization. If in the future PSWH undergoes a corporate, partnership, or business reorganization, we may transfer the Information, including personal information, to the surviving entity.
Disclosure to Public Authorities. If we reasonably believe that we are required to do so by law, we will disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including for the purpose of meeting national security or law enforcement requirements. We may also disclose personal information to other third parties when we reasonably believe we are compelled to do so by government authorities or required by law or regulation including, but not limited to, in response to court orders and subpoenas.
Consent. We may process, use, or otherwise share information we collect from you with your prior express consent. If not otherwise described in this Policy, we will inform you of the data we collect and how we intend to use it when or before we collect it. How We Protect Your Personal information
We maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security safeguards to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. While we are confident in the security of our systems, no security system is impenetrable, so we cannot guarantee the security of our systems. Please exercise caution when transmitting any sensitive information over the internet.
Your Rights
Under New Jersey state law, you have the following rights. To exercise any of these rights, please reach out to us at info@pashmanstein.com. We will respond to you within 45 days, though we may extend this time to 90 days depending on the complexity and volume of your request.
You have the right to know the personal information about you that we process, and to obtain a copy of that information.
You have the right to correct or delete your personal information from our systems.
You have the right to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of your personal data. You may opt out of targeting and advertising cookies by rejecting those cookies through the Sites, and you may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of any marketing email.
California Residents. Natural persons who reside in the State of California should also review the Notice to California Residents. You may have additional rights under California law.
EEA Individuals. Natural persons located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) should review the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) Privacy Notice for their specific rights, remedies, and related information. Important Notice to Non-U.S. Residents. The Sites are all operated from the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that any information you provide to us and/or that we collect from you, including personal information, will be transferred from your country of origin to the United States. Your decision to provide such data to us, or allow us to collect such data it through our Sites or services, constitutes your consent to this data transfer.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 through the Sites. If you believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us at info@pashmanstein.com and we will delete it.

The Sites may contain links to third-party websites. These third-party sites may collect information about you if you click on a link. We have no control over the privacy practices or the content of these websites. As such, we are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of those third-party websites. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Policy is effective as of the date stated at the top of this Policy. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting an update on the Sites. SMS Policy For Text Messages Through Zoom
This SMS Policy applies to your use of PSWH’s account with Zoom for text messaging, in connection with which you understand that:
- Your consent to receive text messages can be revoked at any time by replying “STOP” to any message received.
- Upon sending “STOP” you will be opted out of our SMS system and you will no longer receive text messages from PSWH in the future.
- No mobile information will be shared for marketing or promotional purposes.
This ensures that your preferences for receiving communications are respected and that your contact information remains secure.
