Christian R. Martinez is an associate in the firm’s Litigation, Appellate Advocacy, and Securities Regulatory Enforcement & Litigation practices.
Prior to joining Pashman Stein, Christian served as a law clerk for the Hon. Robert J. Gilson of the Superior Court, Appellate Division in Morristown, NJ. Prior to his clerkship, Christian was an associate in the Litigation & Enforcement Practice Group of an Am Law 50 firm in New York City.
Christian earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School, and his B.A., cum laude, from Cornell University, College of Arts and Sciences.
During law school, Christian served as an extern in the Domestic Violence Bureau of the Queen’s County District Attorney’s Office and as an extern in the Criminal Appeals Division, Center for Appellate Litigation in New York. He also served as an Articles Editor for the Journal of Law and Social Problems.
