Cohen, associates in the firm’s Litigation practice, were both recently certified as AI Governance Professionals by IAPP. The IAPP is a policy neutral, not-for-profit association founded in 2000 with a mission to define, promote and improve the professions of privacy, artificial intelligence governance and digital responsibility globally. According to IAPP, the AI Governance Professional credential demonstrates competency in AI development, the ability to conduct ethical AI deployment, and the ability to utilize best practices in AI management to ensure safety and trust.
