2025 Firm Rankings and Awards Recap
2025 was an outstanding year for Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., with the firm and its attorneys receiving many highly regarded industry rankings and awards. Notably, the New Jersey Law Journal named the firm’s Appellate Advocacy practice winner of the “Appellate Department of the Year” award for the 7th time in the past 8 years (no firm received the award for 2023) and the firm’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights practice received a Chambers and Partners ranking in Delaware, joining our Chambers-ranked Commercial Litigation and Criminal Defense & Investigations practices.
The firm was also once again named a finalist for the New Jersey Law Journal’s “Law Firm of the Year” award, having been named the 2023 winner as part of the 2023 New Jersey Legal Awards, and a finalist for its “Litigation Department of the Year - General” award for the third year in a row.
In addition, the 2026 edition of the Best Law Firms® list published by Best Lawyers elevated Pashman Stein’s Family Law practice group to Tier1 in New Jersey, added its Family Law Mediation practice to Tier 2 in New Jersey, and elevated its Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights practice group to Tier 1 in each of Delaware and New Jersey.
