Monica Babula is an associate in the Firm’s Trusts & Estates, and Elder Law practices.
Prior to joining Pashman Stein Walder Hayden, Monica was an attorney for the Hudson County Surrogate’s Office. She clerked for the Honorable Marybeth Rogers, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil and Chancery Division.
Monica earned her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she received the William E. Garland Memorial Scholarship. During law school, Monica was a member of the Mock Trial Board, and she was student attorney for the Immigrants’ Rights/International Human Rights Clinic. She received her Bachelor of Science in International Business from The College of New Jersey.
