Monica Babula is an associate in the firm’s Trusts & Estates, & Elder Law practice.
Prior to joining Pashman Stein, Ms. Babula was an attorney for the Hudson County Surrogate’s Office. Ms. Babula clerked for the Honorable Marybeth Rogers, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil and Chancery Division parts.
Ms. Babula earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she received the William E. Garland Memorial Scholarship. During law school, Ms. Babula was a member of the Mock Trial Board, and student attorney for the Immigrants’ Rights/International Human Rights Clinic. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from The College of New Jersey.
