The Honorable Ellen L. Koblitz (Ret.), special counsel in the Alternative Dispute Resolution practice, Appellate Advocacy practice, and Family Law practice at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden has co-authored an article in the New Jersey Law Journal titled “US Supreme Court Should Learn From New Jersey.” The article discusses the robust and comprehensive code of conduct that all New Jersey judges are obligated to abide by in contrast to some recently revealed controversial conduct by U.S. Supreme Court justices.
