Svetlana (Lana) Ros, Partner and Chair of the Health Care practice group at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden, and Jhanice V. Domingo, Partner in the Family Law and Litigation practice groups at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden, presented at the Joint Dinner Meeting of the Medical Societies of Morris County, Union County, and Sussex County.

Their presentation, “Be Prepared: Planning for the Unexpected,” addressed proactive measures physicians can take in planning for the unexpected in their personal lives.  Physicians are always focusing on helping their patients, versus themselves.  In their talk, Lana and Jhanice refocused the attention of the physicians to empower them to consider proactive strategies in their personal life to prepare for unexpected events in their family life, as well as demystified various family law myths.  The Joint Dinner meeting featured several other speakers, including:

  • Mark Mayhew, PhD  - “Multi Cancer Early Detection”
  • Joshua Bengal, Esq., Director Governmental Affairs & Legal Counsel at the Medical Society of New Jersey - “Legislative Update”

The event was held on Tuesday September 20th at the Madison Hotel in Morristown, New Jersey
