She has also litigated numerous Title IX cases and matters involving the Division of Child Protection & Permanency.

Spencer serves on the New Jersey Supreme Court Disciplinary Review Board and is a board member of the Seton Hall University School of Law Board of Visitors. She is also a Trustee for the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, New Jersey Chapter, and a founding member of both the New Jersey Chapter of the Women’s White Collar Defense Association and the Women’s Leadership Advisory Committee at Seton Hall University School of Law. Additionally, she is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Essex County Bar Association.
