Patrick A. Haggerty Featured in New Jersey Law Journal's "On the Move" Column
Patrick A. Haggerty, co-chair of the Commercial Real Estate practice group at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., was recently highlighted in New Jersey Law Journal's "On the Move" column. The article discusses Haggerty’s career in law, as well as his new move to Pashman Stein.
“Haggerty focuses his practice on a range of commercial real estate transactions and financings. His practice includes the representation of real estate developers, owners, investors, international and domestic banks, private equity firms, hedge funds, and insurance companies in the acquisition, development, financing and disposition of commercial real estate assets. Additionally, he has represented numerous institutional investors and homebuilders in large scale land banking transactions spanning the country. He represented land banking clients in closing in excess of $1 billion in aggregate project value over the past five years,” wrote The New Jersey Law Journal.
“Haggerty’s experience includes drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, land banking documents, construction and permanent loans, asset-based loans and revolving credit facilities. Leveraging his combined experience in business and law, he appreciates both the business and legal points in each transaction, has an understanding of the pressure points in a deal, and provides clear and effective communication with all parties in a transaction.”
“Haggerty’s previous experience includes serving as in-house counsel and managing director at a large Pennsylvania-based real estate development firm. Prior to earning his law degree, he worked for several years as a real estate investment banking analyst in northern New Jersey,” The New Jersey Law Journal wrote.
