Mark G. Wendaur IV, partner in the firm’s Corporate & Business Law and Commercial Real Estate practices, was recently featured in a Law360 article titled, “Pashman Stein Gains Offit Kurman Real Estate Partner In Philly.” The article discusses his recent move to Pashman Stein as it continues the growth of the firm's Philadelphia office, which opened in March 2025. Wendaur’s move brings significant depth to both the firm’s Corporate and Real Estate practices, with particular strength advising acquisition entrepreneurs and family offices.

"Every business operates differently, so the work gives me a continual opportunity to learn while helping clients turn their commercial plans into workable legal arrangements. I want to help grow the firm's corporate and transactional practice in Philadelphia, particularly in lower-middle-market M&A, family-office direct investing, entrepreneurship through acquisition, and commercial real estate," Wendaur told Law360.

"His transactional experience integrating legal strategy with commercial reality is an asset to our clients,” said Michael S. Stein, firm chair and managing partner.

"Pashman Stein offered the combination I was looking for: a sophisticated, full-service platform with the flexibility and entrepreneurial culture to build. The firm has a deep bench across corporate, litigation, real estate, private client services, and other areas that regularly intersect with my clients' needs,” Wendaur said.
