Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. Named New Jersey Law Journal’s Law Firm of the Year 2023*

Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. Successful in Unprecedented Reinstatement of Lawyer

After a two-year disbarment for allegedly misappropriating funds from an elder client, attorney Michael Luciano was immediately reinstated to practice by the New Jersey Supreme Court. Justin Walder, co-chair of the litigation department at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., together with partners Steven Walder and Roger Plawker, successfully represented Mr. Luciano in obtaining this unprecedented result.

Justin has been recognized by his peers in the Best Lawyers of America in the area of Ethics and Professional Responsibility.  He was also the recent recipient by the New Jersey Association of Justice of the Gerald B. O’Connor Award for his extraordinary ability and skill as a trial lawyer and for his creativity and professionalism in handling cases and dealing with clients and adversaries and for the high esteem he is held by the entire legal community.

Our firm is proud of the results it has achieved for clients, some of which are noted here.  Of course, each legal matter is unique on many levels, and past successes are not a guarantee of results in any other pending or future matters.
