Hackensack, NJ (March 26, 2024) - Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. is proud to announce that Brendan M. Walsh, partner and co-chair of the firm’s Litigation practice, has once again been selected for Law360’s 2024 New Jersey Editorial Advisory Board. Walsh will serve as one of only 9 attorneys that have been chosen to be part of this group and will have an opportunity to act as a resource for Law360 reporters, provide feedback on their current coverage and provide insight for future coverage, and offer suggestions as to current cases and trends within the legal industry.

Walsh serves as co-chair of the firm's Litigation department and is a member of the Executive Committee. He is an accomplished litigator with strong business acumen and his clients range from Fortune 500 corporations to high-net-worth individuals and closely-held companies. Along with his trial court work, Walsh has substantial appellate experience, having successfully briefed and argued appeals in the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits, and the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. He has authored amicus briefs to several appellate courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Third and Tenth Circuits.
