Joe Hayden Interviewed by CBS News on President Trump's Response to Mueller Questions

News
11.20.18

Partner, Joe Hayden a member of  Pashman Stein Walder Hayden's Criminal Defense and Governmental and Internal Investigations Group was interviewed live on video by CBS News on President Trump’s response to Mueller questions. Joe was asked if he knew what the Mueller team might have asked President Trump.

“From all newspaper reports, they are asking about collusion, but not obstruction. Apparently, the President’s team has said they will not answer questions about obstruction and apparently Mr. Mueller has gone along with that. I think that is very significant because it may mean that Muller’s investigation as to obstruction of Justice is over. In a perfect world, he would probably like the questions of the answers that he doesn’t need them. The collusion and conspiracy investigation is ongoing. I also think it is revealing that the Trump team will not allow the President to answer questions as to obstruction thinking it will get him in deeper.”
