Families with children with special needs, no matter what the age or disability, face many serious questions about planning for the future. This workshop will address the need for families to create a “Special Needs Trust” (SNT) to protect assets & eligibility for means-tested government benefits such as Medicaid, Supplemental Social Security & federal housing programs. The SNT can be part of a properly executed estate plan.
