Valerie Jules McCarthy and Amanda Massey to Present at NJSBA’s CLE “Family Law Hot Tips – Let’s Talk About Tech”
Valerie Jules McCarthy and Amanda J. Massey, both counsel in the firm’s Family Law practice, will be seminar presenters at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s upcoming CLE titled “Family Law Hot Tips – Let’s Talk About Tech.” The CLE aims to discuss new tips on technology in family law practices. Presenters will explore how technology touches the many facets of family law, including its impact on children, equitable distribution, domestic violence and trials and court, along with the use of artificial intelligence. The online CLE will take place on Monday, October 14, from 9am-1pm.
McCarthy will be presenting at 10:25am on Panel 2 titled, “You Oughta Know… About Tech and ED.” She will cover tips on using A.I. to speed up the financial analysis in your divorce.
Massey will be presenting at 11:35am on Panel 4 titled, “Every Breath You Take…AI is Watching You – Tech in our Practice.” She will discuss the intersection between artificial intelligence and retainer agreements.
