Three Pashman Stein Walder Hayden partners will be presenting at the 2022 Trial Advocacy Summer Institute presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education in cooperation with the American College of Trial Lawyers.  The Institute is a 2-day intensive, virtual program comprised of lectures and demonstrations to sharpen skills in key aspects of civil and criminal trial practice.  The three Pashman Stein attorneys who will be presenting on July 14 are as follows:

  • Raymond M. Brown, partner at Pashman Stein, will be co-presenting on Direct & Cross-Examination
  • Joseph A. Hayden, Jr., co-chair of Pashman Stein’s Criminal Defense and Investigations practice, will be co-presenting on Jury Selection/ Trial Themes
  • Justin P. Walder, co-chair of Pashman Stein’s Litigation practice, will be co-presenting on Opening Statements
