Hayden Jr., Co-Chair of the firm's Criminal Defense and Investigations practices, recently participated as a speaker in The Art of the Jury Trial III: Historic Trials in New Jersey Federal Courts, presented by the District Court Historical Society and the New Jersey State Committee of the American College of Trial Lawyers on October 14, 2026.
Held at the Clarkson S. Fisher Building & U.S. Courthouse in Trenton, New Jersey, the program explored landmark trials held in Trenton federal court. Speakers shared firsthand accounts of these cases, the challenges of presiding over high-profile matters that attracted national media attention, and how trial advocacy influenced jury decisions.
