Joseph A. Hayden, Jr. Presenting at ACTL Seminar on the Art of the Jury Trial
Joseph A. Hayden, Jr., co-chair of the firm’s Criminal Defense and Investigations practices, will be presenting at an upcoming seminar titled, “The Art of the Jury Trial: Historic Criminal Trials in New Jersey Federal Courts,” presented by the District Court Historical Society and the New Jersey State Committee of the American College of Trial Lawyers. The speakers will share firsthand accounts of landmark criminal trials held in New Jersey federal courts. The hybrid event takes place on Tuesday, March 12 from 4-6:30pm. The Moderator will be Judge Stanley R. Chesler, United States District Court, District of New Jersey. Hosts include Eric Breslin, Partner and Co-Chair, White-Collar Criminal Defense Division, Trial Practice Group, Duane Morris LLP and Chair, New Jersey State Committee, American College of Trial Lawyers, and Keith J.
