Jhanice will join a distinguished panel of family law practitioners/judges to present on emerging issues and practical strategies in domestic violence cases, with a particular focus on recognizing and addressing bias in case handling, understanding current domestic violence statistics, and promoting the appropriate use of the Prevention of Domestic Violence Act—as a protective tool rather than a tactical weapon.
