Jhanice V. Domingo, partner at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden and member of the Family Law Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA FLEC), served as a panelist for the annual “Hot Tips in Family Law,” a continuing legal education seminar coordinated  by the NJSBA FLEC in conjunction with the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. Moderated by Jeffrey Fiorello, Esq., Vice Chair of the NJSBA FLEC, the topic this year was “Never Have I Ever…Finding Creative or Unexpected Solutions to Complex/Interesting Issues.” The panel, made up of seasoned matrimonial attorneys like Domingo, as well as retired judges, discussed their hot tips on finding creative solutions to complex challenges they faced handling demanding clients and adversaries, negotiating settlements, and litigating cases. The panel also provided sage advice about navigating one’s legal career.
