Hon. Ellen L. Koblitz, P.J.A.D. (Ret.) to Present at NJSBA’s ADR Day 2025
Hon. Ellen L. Koblitz, P.J.A.D. (Ret.) special counsel in the firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution practice, will be a presenter for the New Jersey State Bar Association’s 2025 ADR Day, titled “Proven Strategies to Get Better Results in Mediation and Settlement.” The program will provide strategies to achieve better client outcomes in mediation and settlement from seven retired judges and 16 leading practitioners - including plaintiff and defense attorneys, mediators, arbitrators, and in-house counsel. ADR Day 2025 will take place on Thursday, November 6, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, NJ. Attendees will earn 7.3 CLE credits, including 1.8 diversity credits.
At 1:20 p.m., Judge Koblitz will be speaking at the breakout session titled, “Family Law Dispute Resolution.”
