Overview

Milt Chambers has over 40 years of experience providing legal services in the New York area. He represents banks, financial institutions, developers and individuals in the areas of secured lending, commercial lending, banking law, corporate law, workouts, foreclosures, real estate, real estate litigation, purchase and sale of loans, and general commercial law. Much of Milt’s practice today involves closing multi-family commercial loans, negotiating and preparing loan participation agreements, and negotiating and preparing loan purchase/sale agreements.

Milt also serves as outside general counsel to select clients. During his career, Milt has represented numerous banking institutions.

Prior to joining Pashman Stein Walder Hayden, Milt was a founding member of Marino, Chambers & Lou, P.C., and its successor, Marino & Chambers, P.C., where he worked for over three decades.
