She has more than 30 years’ experience as a business lawyer representing business entities and individuals in the drafting, negotiating, counseling, and litigation of a broad range of acquisitions, leases, land use, business condominiums and real estate development.  Diane brings a practical business perspective to transactions from her prior role as general counsel in the telecommunications sector.  Diane draws on her years of experience in real estate, land use and corporate transactions, along with commercial litigation, to offer clients practical, targeted solutions.
