Remi L. Spencer was recently featured in a Law360 article titled, “Pashman Stein Brings On Trial Ace From NJ Boutique.” The article discusses Spencer’s move to Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. from her former boutique of Spencer & Associates LLC in Morristown, New Jersey.

"It is an honor to work alongside some of the lawyers who are legends in the criminal defense bar and beyond, like Joe Hayden, Ray Brown, and Justin Walder. It's really a thrill and I'm really excited about the future," said Spencer.

“Getting to be that person's advocate, that client's attorney, it is such a privilege, and to see justice served eventually," Spencer said. "Those are the reasons why we work late nights and weekends."

Spencer said that in addition to criminal defense, her practice already includes some internal investigations work, but she said she is planning to take advantage of Pashman Stein's attorneys and expertise in areas like employment, corporate and bankruptcy law to make it a larger part of her practice.

"I think there is a real need in the marketplace. I have clients and I have seen how businesses really need that kind of support in the health care space and beyond. I think it's going to be really exciting to see what we can all do together," said Spencer.
