Remi L. Spencer, partner in the Criminal Defense and Investigations practices at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., recently appeared in an NBC News 4 New York segment titled, “NJ Families Plead for Clemency.” The segment discusses how Remi L. Spencer and Alan Silber are representing the family of Joseph Grieco, a former Tenafly police officer who is serving 11 years in prison for the unintentional murder of his husband. Spencer and Silber filed an appeal of the criminal conviction, which is pending.
