Pashman Stein Walder Hayden’s expansion of its bankruptcy and restructuring practice and the opening of its new office in Delaware were mentioned in the Law360 article, “Sidley Taps Kirkland Atty to Head Global Restructuring Group.” In discussing Sidley Austin LLP’s hiring of Stephen E. Hessler to take over Sidley’s global restructuring practice, the article discusses other firms that are “beefing up” their restructuring practices, including Pashman Stein Walder Hayden and Paul Hastings LLP.  Pashman Stein established its Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights practice earlier this year with the hiring of former Alston & Bird LLP partner John W. Weiss, as chair, and recently opened a Delaware office with the hiring of former Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Turnbull attorney Joseph C. Barsalona II, who is based in Pashman Stein’s Delaware office.
