Hessler to take over Sidley’s global restructuring practice, the article discusses other firms that are “beefing up” their restructuring practices, including Pashman Stein and Paul Hastings LLP.  Pashman Stein established its Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights practice earlier this year with the hiring of former Alston & Bird LLP partner John W.
