Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. is proud to announce that the firm’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights practice group earned two metropolitan rankings in New Jersey in the 2023 edition of U.S. News – Best Lawyers® “Best Law Firms.” The practice group was selected for inclusion in the list for:

  • Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights/ Insolvency and Reorganization Law, and
  • Litigation Bankruptcy.

The Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights practice group at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden regularly advises clients  in complex financial restructuring and bankruptcy related transactions and litigation matters.  With offices in New York City, Delaware and New Jersey, the group represents clients across the county.  Recent additions to the practice include  partner Joseph C. Barsalona II, who spent his entire career at two prominent Delaware bankruptcy law firms, and associate Richard C. Solow, who spent his entire career at AmLaw 200 firms in New York City after serving as a law clerk for several bankruptcy Judges.

Weiss was recently honored by being selected for inclusion in the list of Best Lawyers, "Hackensack: Lawyer of the Year," Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights/Insolvency and Reorganization Law, 2023.
