Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C.’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights practice was recently mentioned in a Law360 article titled, “Vegan Restaurant Chain Planta To Tap $1.75M In DIP Funding.” The article discusses the Delaware bankruptcy judge’s approval for Planta to draw $1.75 million of a $3.5 million debtor-in-possession financing package, enabling the company to continue operating while pursuing a sale.
