Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. is pleased to announce that Matthew E. Frisch has been elevated to Partner, effective January 1, 2023.

“Matt is an exemplary lawyer and within just two short years of being elevated to Counsel, through hard work, dedication and excellent client service, has demonstrated his level of skill and professionalism to the practice of law and his commitment to Pashman Stein. We are thrilled to name Matt as a Partner at the Firm,” said Firm Managing Partner Michael Stein.

Frisch is a member of the Firm’s Litigation practice. He concentrates his practice on complex litigation matters pertaining to commercial and corporate law, shareholder disputes, cannabis and hemp law, trust and estates, and commercial property matters. Frisch provides business-focused legal guidance to a variety of clients, including manufacturers, distributors, and long-term care facilities.

Frisch earned his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was an associate editor for the Circuit Review. He received his B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from Colgate University in 2009. Frisch also completed the Brennan-Vanderbilt Inn of Court program in 2015.

Frisch’s recent honors include being selected for inclusion in the list of New Jersey Super Lawyers, Rising Star 2021-2022. He was also part of the team that was selected by the Public Justice Foundation as a finalist for the 2021 Trial Lawyer of the Year award for their work in procuring a settlement of $25 million in favor of a statewide class of inmates and their families regarding overcharged inmate calling services.
