Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. is proud to announce that the firm’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights practice group has once again earned two metropolitan rankings in New Jersey in the 2025 edition of the Best Law Firms® list published by Best Lawyers®. The practice group was selected for inclusion in the list for:

  • Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights/ Insolvency and Reorganization Law, and
  • Litigation Bankruptcy

The Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights practice group at Pashman Stein was established in 2022.  The group regularly advises clients in a wide range of bankruptcy-related matters, from complex financial restructuring and bankruptcy related transactions and litigation matters, to creditor, debtor, and advisory matters. With offices in New York City, Delaware and New Jersey, the group represents clients across the county.
