Rosen has successfully argued numerous cases before the New Jersey Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits. He is frequently engaged by corporations and privately held businesses to manage complex commercial matters and has niche experience working with clients in the petroleum industry to handle Petroleum Marketing Practice Act and other matters associated with gasoline marketing.

His work as an outside investigator allows him to provide a multifaceted approach to resolving a client’s crisis and he collaborates with his colleagues, clients, and necessary outside entities to minimize the risk to the client’s business.
“Pashman Stein has a tremendous team of lawyers, many of whom I have known and worked with for years, who are dedicated to providing their clients with the highest level of service, and I am pleased to be joining such a well-respected firm,” Rosen commented.
