The debtor is seeking court approval for a $1.55 million debtor-in-possession loan to, among other things, maintain operations through its reorganization and after exit.

The debtor’s whiskeys have consistently continued to receive awards and accolades from the most prestigious competitions, including the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, the International Wine and Spirits Challenge, and the Ultimate Beverage Challenge.
