Joseph A. Hayden Jr. Receives the Francis X. Dee Award from New Jersey Chapter of the American College of Trial Lawyers

Joseph A. Hayden, Jr., co-chair of both the Criminal Defense practice and the Investigations practice at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., was named recipient of the Francis X. Dee Award from New Jersey Chapter of the American College of Trial Lawyers for 2024. The award celebrates the life of Francis X. Dee, an ACTL Fellow member who during his 47-year legal career, was broadly recognized by his peers as a trial lawyer who exemplified the profession’s highest ideals. Francis X. Dee was considered one of the nation’s most respected employment attorneys, and the lifetime achievement award honors his legacy by awarding it to those displaying professionalism in a court of law. The American College of Trial Lawyer is an invitation only fellowship of exceptional trial lawyers of diverse backgrounds from the United States and Canada which maintains and seeks to improve the standards of trial practice, professionalism, ethics, and the administration of justice through education and public statements on important legal issues relating to its mission. Hayden’s award ceremony took place on June 20, 2024 at the Olde Mill Inn in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. Hayden has been a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers since 1988.
