Jerome Selvers was featured in the Law360 article “Pashman Stein Adds Ex-SEC Atty to Lead Regulatory Group.” The article discusses Selvers move to Pashman Stein effective January 31, 2022 as partner and chair of the firm’s new Securities Regulatory Enforcement & Litigation practice. A former trial attorney in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Division of Enforcement, Selvers represents individuals and companies in investigations, as well as in civil enforcement and administrative litigation, throughout the United States concerning alleged individual and corporate misconduct within the securities industry.

Joseph A. Hayden Jr., co-chair of Pashman Stein's criminal defense and investigations practices, said he is excited Selvers has joined the firm, and referred to him as a "securities litigator of national stature with a long track record of success."

"He has been deeply involved in some of our country's most prominent securities cases," Hayden said in a statement. "His wisdom and litigation experience in civil enforcement and disciplinary matters, when combined with our established criminal practice, will provide our clients comprehensive defense counsel in securities investigations, enforcement, and litigation."
