Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. Announces Jennifer A. Borg Joining the Firm
Borg was the top woman listed on PolitickerNJ’s 2015 Power 100 List, showcasing New Jersey’s most influential people, underscoring her substantial impact as a fierce advocate of open and transparent government. In 2014, she successfully litigated many cases under New Jersey’s Open Public Records Act helping The Record in its award-winning breaking news coverage of “Bridgegate.”
“Joining Pashman Stein Walder Hayden is a natural fit for me in more ways than one,” said Borg, who is also the great-granddaughter of the original owner of The Record, “Both of my grandfathers knew Justice Pashman, and served with him on committees here in Bergen County, and my father and I have had a longstanding professional relationship with the firm. Since the Pashman Stein / Walder Hayden merger, a year ago, I view the firm as the pre-eminent litigation firm in the state. Borg resides in Manhattan with her husband, Garth Wakeford, a former South African professional rugby player who is now a specialized personal trainer, and their two English bulldogs.
