J. John Kim Named “Attorney of the Year” by APALA-NJ
Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. is proud to announce that J. John Kim, partner, was named “Attorney of the Year” by the Asian Pacific American Lawyers Association of New Jersey. John will receive the award at APALA-NJ’s 26th Annual Gala on September 11, 2025 at the Madison Hotel in Morristown, NJ.
According to APALA-NJ, John is a “distinguished attorney known for his broad-based expertise in complex litigation. His practice includes contract disputes, commercial torts, real estate, and more, serving clients ranging from real estate companies to international corporations. Beyond providing legal counsel, John is integral to his clients’ business operations, advising on both legal and business strategies.”
In 2023, John was recognized as Diverse Attorney of the Year by the New Jersey Law Journal. John is actively involved in multiple legal communities, including the Korean American Lawyers Association of Greater New York (KALAGNY) and the Asian Pacific American Lawyers Association of New Jersey. Additionally, he serves as an Army JAG Officer in the New Jersey National Guard, demonstrating his commitment to service both in and out of the courtroom.
