He has decades of experience representing a wide variety of clients across diverse industries, including debtors, creditors’ committees, chairmen and members of creditors’ committees, secured and unsecured creditors, landlords, asset acquirers, indenture trustees, appointed trustees and examiners in both Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 cases, and many other parties-in-interest as both lead and co-counsel in Bankruptcy Courts in the District of Delaware and other jurisdictions throughout the country. In addition, Stratton has significant experience representing clients in bankruptcy litigation matters. Stratton also himself serves as an appointed trustee in complex bankruptcy cases.
Stratton is a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy.
