Amanda J. Massey Admitted to the New Jersey Judiciary Roster of Statewide Approved Parenting Coordinators
We are proud to announce that Amanda J. Massey, counsel in the Family Law practice group at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., has been admitted to the New Jersey Judiciary Roster of Statewide Approved Parenting Coordinators. The Roster is a list of approved parenting coordinators who offer their services statewide, helping parents implement their parenting plan and resolve day-to-day parenting issues with the assistance of a neutral third party. Amanda completed over 40 hours of training in both Mediation and specialized Parenting Coordination to qualify for the Statewide Roster.
With over a decade of experience as a family law litigator complimented by her background as an adjunct professor in the field, Amanda brings a well-rounded perspective to her role as a parenting coordinator. She uses valuable insight to help parties navigate co-parenting conflicts and refocus attention to the best interests of child(ren) in high-conflict custody and parenting time disputes.
At Pashman Stein, Amanda focuses her family law practice on matters involving all types of familial relationships – whether clients are preparing for marriage, already married, or connected through parentage or shared property. Amanda handles all aspects of family law, representing clients through litigation, mediation, negotiation, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. She regularly appears before the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part, and also volunteers as an Early Settlement Panelist in Monmouth County, helping parties work toward the resolution of matrimonial disputes.
