Oren Chaplin Featured as Lead Panelist in an Event Focused on Optimizing Business Transitions Co-Hosted by Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., Investment Banker and Financial Adviser

Oren M. Chaplin, co-chair of the firm’s Corporate & Business Law practice, was recently a featured speaker at an event co-hosted by Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., Woodbridge International and Mariner on optimizing business transitions. The event dove deep into the real-world process of exiting a business, from initial planning to implementation and final transition.

Chaplin and his co-hosts explored every stage of the process, including business valuation, legal considerations, tax planning, and strategies for preserving wealth. This in-person panel featured professionals from across the country on tax, valuation and investment banking, as well as a business owner who brought valuable insights from their personal transition experience.
