Justin P. Walder, partner at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., will be a seminar presenter for a CLE titled “Spotlight on an Ethics Case” as part of the NJICLE, “Ethics Unlocked: Master the Path to Compliance” CLE program. Walder will be part of a panel that will examine a legal ethics case, offering a detailed analysis of the professional conduct issues at its core. Panelists will explore key compliance challenges and practical strategies for navigating ethical dilemmas in everyday legal practice.

Walder has previously been selected for the Best Lawyers in America list as the 2013 Lawyer of the Year in the metropolitan area for White Collar Criminal Defense and Ethics and Professional Responsibility Law, and also included in the 2013-2021, 2023-2025 Best Lawyers in America list for Ethics and Professional Responsibility Law.

The panel also includes New Jersey Supreme Court Justice Michael Noriega, Hon. Charles F. Kenny, J.S.C., Bonnie C. Frost, and Maria P. Vallejo.

Walder’s panel will take place at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, NJ on Friday, June 6, 2025, from 9:00AM – 12:35PM.
