Joseph A. Hayden, Jr., co-chair of the firm’s Criminal Defense and Investigations practices, will be presenting at an upcoming seminar titled, “The Art of the Jury Trial II: Historic Trials in New Jersey Federal Courts,” presented by the District Court Historical Society and the New Jersey State Committee of the American College of Trial Lawyers. The speakers will share firsthand accounts of landmark cases and high-profile trials held in New Jersey federal courts. The hybrid event will take place on Tuesday, February 25 from 4-6pm at the Mitchell H. Cohen United States Courthouse in Camden, NJ. Hosts include Eric R. Breslin, partner and co-chair, White-Collar Criminal Defense Division, Trial Practice Group, Duane Morris LLP and chair, New Jersey State Committee, American College of Trial Lawyers, and Keith J. Miller, Esq., managing partner, Robinson Miller LLC and president, District Court Historical Society. The event will be moderated by Hon. Robert B. Kugler (Ret.), JAMS.
