Jhanice V. Domingo, Partner/Chair of the Family Law Practice Group at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. and Co-Chair of the Bergen County Bar Association Family Law Committee, is moderating a CLE titled, “Navigating Non-Traditional Income: Influencers & Modern Challenges in Family Law”. The presentation will explore the unique challenges and considerations in handling family law matters where income is derived from social media, online businesses, and other unconventional sources. Attendees will learn how to identify, assess, and valuate income streams, as well as develop strategies for equitable division and support calculations.

Jhanice will be presenting with Daniel Roche and Chad Keeports, both Managing Directors of the Forensic Consulting Group at CBIZ. The event is sponsored by CBIZ Advisory Services and will take place today, February 27, 2025 from 5:30-6:30 pm at the Bergen County Bar Association in Hackensack, New Jersey.
