Jhanice V. Domingo, Partner at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden, was a panelist in a Continuing Legal Education webcast hosted by the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Section regarding the acclaimed Netflix movie “Marriage Story”.

The panel showed key clips from the movie and discussed how to handle divorce cases in a way that does not polarize or divide the family but empower them to make decisions on how to unwind the marriage and move forward.  The panel discussed preserving confidentiality, financial resources, and protecting children as a family is restructured. The panel also discussed ethics topics and standards of conduct expected of attorneys in the representation of divorce clients.
