Jennifer Borg participated in Women Lawyers in Bergen panel discussion, “Of Counsel. What does it mean and what opportunities are available?”  Jennifer Borg was joined on the panel by Janet Lurie of Meyerson Fox and Jeanne O. Marino of Harwood Lloyd.  The event was held on January 10, 2022.

The panel discussed their own personal situations, as well as ethics rules regarding Of Counsel positions, liability, compensation, conflicts of interest, and written Of Counsel agreements and contracts.
