Hon. Ronny Jo Siegal (Ret.) Participating in 4th Annual Domestic Violence Awareness Symposium on October 25 in New Milford
On Tuesday, October 25, 2022, the Hon. Ronny Jo Siegal, J.S.C. (Ret.), partner at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden, will be participating in the 4th Annual Domestic Violence Awareness Symposium. The event, in recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, is presented by New Milford Borough, in partnership with the New Milford Police Department and New Milford Public School District. The panel will include advocates, agencies and government officials who will discuss available resources for victims of domestic violence. The event will include a roundtable discussion of the dangers of intimate partner violence and feature courageous stories of survival. The event takes place on October 25 from 6:30 P.M. – 8:30 P.M. at the New Milford High School Auditorium. Additional guest speakers include a survivor, as well as representatives from the New Milford Police Department, Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, Bergen County Sheriff’s Department, Bergen County Alternatives to Domestic Violence (ADV), New Jersey Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCC&P), Center for Hope and Safety, Woman’s Rights Information Center, A Partnership for Change, YWCA Northern New Jersey’s Healing SPACE, Never Alone Again, and other governmental and non-profit organizations The event also will be available for viewing on Facebook and YouTube via live stream.
