Hon. Mary F. Thurber, Ret., J.S.C., special counsel in the Alternative Dispute Resolution practice at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., will be a seminar presenter at New Jersey State Bar Association’s NJICLE “ADR in Civil Matters” as part of their 2025 Annual Meeting and Convention. Judge Thurber will be part of a panel that will discuss both mandatory and voluntary alternative dispute resolution in civil cases. Topics will include recent cases, considerations for private ADR agreements, how to select a neutral mediator/arbitrator, and general tips. filing date for arbitration, and changes to the Court Rules and the application of those. 

The event will take place in Atlantic City, New Jersey on Thursday, May 15, 2025, from 1:15 PM – 2:45 PM.
