Hon. Mary F. Thurber, J.S.C., (Ret.), special counsel in the Alternative Dispute Resolution practice at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., will be a seminar presenter at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s 2026 Labor and Employment Law Summer Institute. Judge Thurber will be part of a panel titled “Ethical Considerations of ADR,” which will discuss the ethical considerations for labor and employment practitioners. According to the NJSBA, the event will offer insights from leading employment and labor law practitioners about critical areas of practice, practical insights and key strategies on how to achieve the best results for clients.
