Hon. Mary F. Thurber, J.S.C. (Ret.), special counsel in the firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution practice, helped assist in the Morris County Civil Attorney Settlement Panels organized by the Morris County Civil Division and Bar on April 15 and April 22, 2025. Judge Thurber conferenced multiple “over-goal” Track III cases, many with imminent trial dates, to facilitate settlement.  Significant progress was made on nearly every case, and a few were settled completely. Attorney feedback was positive.
