Hon. Ellen L. Koblitz, P.J.A.D. (Ret.) and Hon. Mary F. Thurber, J.S.C. (Ret.), special counsel in the firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution practice, helped assist in the Morris County Civil Attorney Settlement Panels organized by the Morris County Civil Division and Bar on January 24. Judge Koblitz and Thurber each conferenced several cases as a follow up to their conferences with Bar panels. The attorney feedback was positive.
